- When a vendor's details change in TradesField — a new bank account after re-verification, a renewed insurance, an updated contact — the connected record is updated to match so your other tools don't drift out of step.

- If a matching record already exists in the connected system, TradesField detects it by ABN, email or name and links the vendor to that existing record rather than creating a duplicate.
