Admins now have a full audit and change log. It records who changed what, when the change was made, and which records were viewed.

You can filter and export this however you need — for example, to see all vendor bank account changes over the last 30 days.

TradesField can now send renewal requests for expiring insurance automatically. When a vendor's policy nears its expiry date, we email them for the updated certificate, verify the upload, and refresh the record without any manual steps.

To turn it on, go to Admin Settings → Auto-updates. You can apply it to all monitored vendors, or only vendors linked to projects.

You can now view the email delivery status for every invite from TradesField. You can see whether an email was delivered, whether the vendor opened it, and whether they clicked the link.

This makes it easy to spot stuck invites and follow up before they delay onboarding.

Projects and vendors can now import from Jonas Premier automatically. The sync runs daily and keeps both sides in step without anyone touching it.

Enable it in the settings of your Premier integration in TradesField.

There is a new read-only user type. It gives a user view-only access to your vendor database, with no ability to make changes.

Useful for finance reviewers, auditors, and anyone who needs visibility without edit rights.

You can now request specific details from a vendor instead of a full re-onboard. Select the fields you need, send the request, and the vendor updates only those.

The request email is worded as a quick update rather than a new onboarding, so vendors aren't confused into thinking they need to start again from scratch.

We’re proud to introduce QBCC Licence Smart Discovery — an automated way to check supplier licences directly against the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) database.

When a supplier enters their ABN, the system now runs a real-time lookup and returns:

• All company and nominee licences linked to that ABN
• Current licence status, including active, suspended, or cancelled
• Financial categories and licence conditions
• Key personnel connected to each licence
• A record of historical licence changes

This removes the need for manual checks and creates a consistent, auditable record of QBCC licence data.

The feature is active for all organisations and applies automatically during supplier onboarding.
