What happens when a submission is approved in TradesField, and how the Procore record stays clean.
- On first approval
- When a vendor is approved in TradesField, a new vendor is created in the Procore company your reviewer selected. The record appears at the directory level, available to any project in that company, within seconds.
- On an existing Procore vendor
- Before creating, TradesField looks for a matching vendor in the chosen Procore company by ABN. If one is found, the submission is linked to that existing vendor rather than creating a duplicate.
- Source of truth
- TradesField holds the authoritative record for vendor identity, compliance and bank details. Your team works from TradesField for the latest state, and from the Procore directory for project assignment.

- 01Connect Procore in admin settings
Click Connect in the Integrations panel. You'll be redirected to Procore SSO. After authorising, Procore redirects back to TradesField and we cache the list of Procore companies available to your account.
- 02Approve your first vendor
When your reviewer approves the next submission, they pick which Procore company the vendor should land in. The Procore vendor is created within seconds. From then on, every approval follows the same path.
No. TradesField creates the vendor in your chosen Procore company directly, with verified ABN, contacts, address and phone. If a matching vendor is already in that Procore company, TradesField detects it by ABN and links the submission rather than creating a duplicate.
