Only a published record moves the grade
Each factor on the report names its register and the date on the record. Nothing comes from reviews or turnover.
Raises it
- A current construction licence on the QBCC, NSW or Victorian register, with its classes in force
- An active ABN and company registration, with GST registration in place
- Every register searched with nothing adverse recorded. That puts a company at the top of its grade
Lowers it
- An ASIC record or notice of external administration, liquidation, winding-up or deregistration
- A licence suspended or cancelled, or a direction to rectify or disciplinary action on the licence register
- A cancelled ABN or GST deregistration
- A court matter or payment adjudication where the company is the respondent
What sets the grade apart
Built on construction records
Licences, ASIC notices and the building registers, read from the authorities that hold them.
Every reason shown
Each grade comes with the records behind it, dated and sourced.
The same rules for everyone
The record is the only input. Nobody can buy a better grade, or a worse one for a competitor.
Kept current
Monitoring tells you when a company's record changes after you sign.
