What counts
Two numbers change between plans. Everything else is unlimited.
- Monitored vendors
- A company in your vendor list with monitoring switched on. Records you hold but don’t monitor are free. Go over your included count and you pay per vendor, and it never costs more than the next plan up.
- Reports on companies you don’t monitor
- A Background Report on a company outside your monitored list. A subbie at tender, a builder you’re about to sign with. The same company inside 30 days counts once. Reports on your own vendors are always included.
What you’ll get back
Every vendor is a renewal or two a year, a licence check and a bank confirmation. Put your numbers in.
We assume 80% of that time goes away. Someone still reads the alert. Time only: it leaves out the subcontract you didn’t award to a company being wound up.

No. You get the full plan for 30 days, then you pick a plan or you don't. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.
You pay per vendor at your plan's rate, capped at the next plan's price. Once it would cost more, you're on that plan. No cliffs.

Some optional register checks, like an ASIC extract, carry the register's own fee. You see the cost before it runs. Nothing is pulled automatically.
